Model Parliament

A prestigious program meticulously crafted to elevate and amplify women's participation in political leadership roles by offering a dynamic and immersive simulated experience of parliamentary proceedings. Through this innovative initiative, participants were provided with a unique opportunity to step into the shoes of policymakers, legislators, and decision-makers, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience in the intricacies of parliamentary governance. By engaging in realistic simulations, participants were given deep understanding of parliamentary procedures, debates, and negotiations, honing their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and public speaking abilities. This experiential learning journey empowers women to overcome barriers, navigate complex political landscapes, and emerge as confident and effective leaders ready to shape the future of their communities and nations. The first cohort of model parliament has reached over 100 young women.
